Farmlogs has some new features for growers, and they're calling it Farmlogs Advantage. CEO and co-founder Jesse Vollmar talked to us about the new features the Advantage product offers, including in-season crop health monitoring, activity recording to access and years of data maps. Farmlogs Advantage offers growers a chance to use their precision ag to a higher level, says Vollmar.
"This is a whole new data set that farmers haven't had access t, and we were able to build it for them," he says. "A lot of people use yield monitoring, but more don't have the data to start, and we have that for them."
While the standard product and app will remain free, there is a fee for using Farmlogs Advantage. There's no set charge, users just pay for which services they need, says Vollmar.
Farmlogs, both a website and an app, currently has 60,000 active users.
