Iowa still leads in cropland values

The USDA NASS land value was released this week and showed stagnant values overall for cropland values in the United States.

 The USDA NASS land value reports for farm real state and cropland values was released for the United States. Some states showed decreases in values while others showed some increases. Overall, the cropland values stayed where they were in 2016. However, the farm real estate values showed an increase.
