Soil temperatures increasing in Midwest --March 29

The soil temperatures recorded in some of the Midwest states show it ticking up-- but not enough for planting in most areas.

The soil temperatures recorded across the Midwest show increases but not enough for planting to begin in many areas. The biggest gains appeared to be in Illinois.
